RE-PROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND

One lie that I have subconsciously bought into was that a smooth, easy, and comfortable life was desirable. As soon as I found myself in that life, I stopped being alive. I lost my qi, my liveliness, my passion. A smooth, easy and comfortable life often comes with great sacrifices of emotional and psychological wellbeing through self-expression and authentic living.

But, a very chaotic, unpredictable, and unfamiliar, life would also come with great sacrifices like rest, and play, creativity, productivity, learning, and growth.

Balance is suggested to be the 6th sense and through balance you can access your gut feeling which also builds upon your spiritual traits and abilities.

What would you do, if you got the chance to re-program your subconscious mind, reinvent yourself, and start over?

What would you keep?

What would you change?

What would you let go of?

Would you ask for the bravery to forgive yourself for creating limitations about your worth and your needs your entire life, creating a mind-prison? Would you ask for the bravery of being so vulnerable in taking 100% responsibility for it so that courage finds you and allows you to change?

Would you program your subconscious mind into believing that you are worthy of love and happiness, peace of mind, and a soul that is proud and fulfilled, at that moment when you take your last breath?

Would you ask for the bravery to let go of people, places, and things in order for you to make room for what you have to become that of what you already are and have your needs met as the person you want to be?

Would you reprogram your subconscious mind into believing that what you need, is authentic living on purpose with deep, meaningful, and lovable connections supporting growth?

Speaking of which ...

Take a moment and acknowledge the body sensation this text triggers in you, is it pleasant, comfortable, uncomfortable, or painful? And what emotions do you create based on that sensation? Inspiration, excitement, fear, anger, jealousy, hope, or curiosity?

Or maybe a little of everything? Is it hard to distinguish? We often refer to that as the overall emotion, anxiety.

On my different platforms, our connection does not necessarily need to be deep and lovable but it has to be authentic, and bring some kind of meaning, and always support growth.

If what I am writing creates "negative" emotions in you I encourage you to disconnect, no hard feelings. It is only going to get worse as in more authenticity, honesty, directness, and clarity. Take self-responsibility for what you need.

If you feel inspired, a sense of excitement and maybe hope.

Please stay and live to love the road.
