Do you want to know how I am handling the political turmoil in Sweden in a sustainable and rejuvenating way? Do you want to know how to get out of the rat race?
I have stopped believing in:
Duality
Separation
Scarcity
This belief system comes from patriarchal structures and dominant hierarchies. It belongs to a conventional leader fostering an ethnocentric worldview-awareness. Most political parties are practicing conventional leadership no matter the ideology. The methods are shame, blame, guilt, and fear. It is a belief system fostering a victim mentality among citizens which is beneficial if you desire power and control and not empowerment and liberation.
I have stopped obeying:
Unmotivated restrictions
Unrealistic demands
Punishment
Over control
Limitations
Competition
Dominance
Manipulation, and Deception
I have stepped away from:
Humiliation
Harassment
Threats
Violence
Bullshit
Shit talk, and bulling
There is no noble fight and no noble hate.
I have healed —and will continue to heal— emotions like:
Anger
Rage
Hate
Jealousy
Envy
Fear
Shame and blame
I have upgraded my belief system. Today I Believe in:
That we co-create this world
That we are important and we belong to this moment
That our potential is infinite and
that there are endless possibilities in every breath we take.
I have found and will keep searching for:
The truth of my reality
Role models
Empowerment and inspiration
Development, growth, and liberation within me
I am practicing a growth mindset in everything I do:
What can I learn?
How can I apply learning?
How can I share what I am practicing?
How can I disrupt myself?
I started practicing:
Free will for myself and others
Self-awareness, and
Self-responsibility
Self-love and self-care
Authenticity
Openness
Honesty
Transparency
Trust and hope
And how to give with a generous spirit
I am less afraid of being:
ignored, humiliated, or rejected
I have become:
Experimental with
a beginners mind
I am searching for, following, and staying with emotions like:
Passion, curiosity, joy, and excitement. Happiness, satisfaction, and a sense of being proud when the day is done.
