I have been on a "time-out" more or less for three years, searching for answers. Now, I have found answers to all these questions. Answers that offer clarity, direction, creativity, productivity, sensemaking of the world, hope, and inspiration. I am in love with the world and beyond excited about the future despite the current state we are in. But nothing is guaranteed. There is no "happy ever after" without hard work, smart work, and awareness. There is a sense of urgency, and we need all hands on deck, right?
If you want to make this world a better place, there are things we need to understand about the human experience that goes beyond humanistic values and beliefs. To prevent Sweden and Europe from regressing into religion (aka patriarchal structures and dominant hierarchies), we need to unlearn and relearn about the world and our place in it.

My future participants belong to no demographic. They belong to a psychographic, reaching a certain point in their growth where they start to ask themselves the same questions that I did; complex existential questions. In Sweden, we have multiple levels of cultural awareness going on simultaneously. I believe I can be of service when transitioning from the post-modern-scientific-pluralistic-worldview awareness, moving into Integral whose goal is to create a deliberately developmental culture based on inclusiveness, starting on an individual level.
